Kids World Playland Bankstown

Wow! This play centre far exceeded my expectations for multiple reasons. Firstly, amazing security - no one can exit the centre through the electronic gates without being let out by a staff member so no kids can escape accidentally. Very reassuring for parents. Secondly, the wristband system where parents need to show the receipt with the matching wristband number is fantastic for safety reasons. Thirdly, there was a safety issue at one point with a child being dangerous. When reported, a staff member was immediately climbing up to speak to the child in question. Finally, the play equipment itself was fabulous and very visible for parents to keep an eye on their kids unlike some other centres. Thank you, Kids World Adventure Playland Bankstown! We will definitely be back and will recommend this centre to everyone!

After being a regular customer for a while, I booked the venue for my daughter’s birthday but after reading some of the reviews was a bit apprehensive. However, I have nothing but praise for this place! The staff members were excellent, I wish I got their names but they were very attentive and were more than welcoming to everyone involved. The playground was in good condition which was the most important thing and kids had a great time.

Ordered 2 chicken grilled burgers everything was nice except chicken obviously not grilled felt like it was cooked in the microwave wouldn't recommend to buy this Replying , i'll tell you rite now it was not grilled!!! Was so crazy and was always busy around the counter

By reading the reviews I was so skeptical about this place but I ended up going as I live not far and it is outstanding. You should go check by yourself and give it a chance. Few points to improve: - set up more lights. - make sure rules are respected (no bare feet, kids over 5yo not in the baby area). Me and my 1 yo daughter had so much fun!

very very very bad service.....plz if u go there look after ur things, even the food..... the staff come to our table to clean and without even asking they chuck our food in the bin i buy coffee and icecream from them and put it on the table where all our private stuff is laid. then my daughter went to the play area and I go there to check her.then I come back my food is not on the table and when i make a complain about it the stuff is so unprofessional and rude they don't want to listen to me or help me on that matter......I hope i don't go there again 👎🏻
