By reading the reviews I was so skeptical about this place but I ended up going as I live not far and it is outstanding. You should go check by yourself and give it a chance. Few points to improve: - set up more lights. - make sure rules are respected (no bare feet, kids over 5yo not in the baby area). Me and my 1 yo daughter had so much fun!

Place is clean and tidy unfortunatelly stuff is mean. I understand there are rules apply so I asked can he eat outside his own food as we like to feed him healthy. Food provided here contain a lot of sugars and fast foods like nuggets etc.I was told ok, no problem. So we exit where my son ate his fruits nuts etc and when comming back other employee tried to force me to pay again and after waiting few minites let us in... beside that all good. Yes I saw the signage on the gate that s why I asked before existing. I understand its a business but please... My first and last time here, however my first thought before the drama was to come here often. Cheers

Never bring your child here. The staff have no customer service and have no training. You are not allowed to bring food or drink in to the he centre and the staff are quite rude about it. My daughter was in the facility for 10 minutes before badly injuring her leg on equipment that was sharp and dangerous. She now has three gashes on her leg. The staff were n not the slightest bit concerned or interested. You are not allowed to even have a drink. Worst place I have ever been to. I was going to had the her birthday here, but I will choose somewhere that is safe and friendly for children. Absolutely disgusted with the staff and customer service. Don't waste your money here and your kids could get badly hurt.

One of the better play centres to bring your kids. Good size area for under 5 kids and a huge area for older kids with massive blow up slide. The only thing that needs to make this a 5 star place is fix the nets at the top of the older kid area.some places had holes in them where kids could potentially get through. Other than that a great place to bring the family.
