Cuto Kids Cafe Bankstown

We were really excited to try out this new kids cafe, however we were disappointed. Staff at reception is unfriendly, not even a smile. She should not be working in a kids cafe with poor customer service. Food arrived a little late, hot chips was still frozen inside. I was given disposable cutleries whilst my friend was given proper ones. When I asked then I received proper ones, which was dirty and had to sent back. We spent over $150 for 1.5 hour of play time and food which is a bit costly, we will not be returning.

Took daughter for her first birthday, was age appropriate and staff were friendly and let us have a look inside play area before paying entry. Lots of fun.

We visited here today, expecting a safe and soft play area for my child. Unfortunately, some of the equipment, particularly the padded structures, were not as soft or foamy as they should be. My daughter slipped and hit her face on one of them, cutting her lip badly enough that she started bleeding. This was really upsetting, as these areas are meant to be designed for young children’s safety. I strongly urge the management to inspect and improve the padding on their play structures to prevent injuries like this from happening again. Parents should be able to feel confident that their little ones are playing in a safe environment. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible.

My daughter recently had her birthday party here. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. everything was clean and There are monitoring cameras to see where the kids are/what they are doing while adults can enjoy coffee. great place to have a fun!

My family went today and was such an amazing place to take my 22 month old. The place was spotless The workers were fantastic and so friendly And the play equipment and toys are in perfect condition. Would absolutely recommend
