About This Venue
Turbo Climb Bankstown sits inside Bankstown Sports Club and boasts 26 colourful, themed climbing walls—from towering beanstalks to fast-paced speed walls. A self-belay system lets kids climb independently, making the venue ideal for adventurers aged seven and up (children aged 5–6 may climb with a supervising adult). The bright, air-conditioned arena is fully indoors with free on-site parking, cafés and other family attractions nearby.
Birthday party packages start at $289 for eight children and bundle a one-hour guided climb session, a private party room for another hour, a dedicated host, printed invitations, and kid-friendly catering. Extra guests can be added for an additional per-child fee, and optional upgrades such as adult platters, ice-cream cakes or a visit from Max the Monkey are available. Outside food is limited to one celebration cake.

★★★★★Turbo climb is located next to monkey mania. The area is not very huge but adequate for an hour's play. It was recently renovated so the area is clean. There are briefing for kids prior to the start of the session. They also cater for birthday parties at a minimum of 8 pax. Guardians can sit and watch outside.

★Drove 40 minutes to get here on a Tuesday because their listed hours said they were open until 3PM on weekdays. Arrived just after 12:30PM only to be told they’re actually closed on weekdays. Complete waste of time and very frustrating. They only updated their opening hours after I pointed it out, should have been accurate in the first place to save me the trip.

★★★★★A solid hour of fun for the kids today. I could sit outside and watch as the kids climbed safely up and jumped down with a smile on their faces. It took a little bit for them to get the lock/unlock of the clips but once they got it they were off. The workers walked around helping all the kids out as much as they could which meant parents could just chill. Parking is free (with a validated ticket), price is reasonable ($18 for 60 mins) and there is food options at Bankstown Sports if required. Such a good rainy day spot for school holidays. Will return for sure!

★We drove an hour and arrived at the session at 10 o clock. None of the kids in our session had started to climb. We were met with a young girl who escalated to her manager / owner Amy. She refused to let the girls climb after an hour in the car. They were so excited. They originally said the 11am was full. They then offered us a place in that. We had friends already in the previous session. They live local. We requested a refund which they declined as “we just don’t do them”. It’s not listed in the conditions that they don’t refund. I totally understand that we were not there before the session but we asked for a little bit of empathy and compassion which was not offered. We won’t be back.

★We went there we were late ( because i took.my other daughter to another party and i have only one car) but they did not let my daughter to go inside and climb. They told that this is the policy.... the reason was we did not listen the instructions at the beginning. The problem is this they never told us or the party owner about this policy. If the party owner have been told she would tell the importance of the timing. They ruined the party and children's emotion. They are offered a gift card to use another time.... which is nonsense cause my daughter wants to play with her friends. Not by herself!
