Holey Moley Castle Hill

My partner and I went here on Saturday night, we had a horrible night and basically wasted our money. We got there 10 minutes earlier than the booking time which the staff asked us to sit down and get drink as we were early which was fine. However we went to sit down and the whole seating area was booked out for a party and the staff would not let us play any earlier. 10 minutes went by and we started playing, we were advised to start on the yellow holes as the red holes were booked for the party which again we were fine with. However it is not set out well and was hard to differ which was the red hole 1 and yellow hole 1. My partner found hole 1 and went to see which colour it was when the staff member yelled at him saying “I told you the yellow not the red can you not listen to instructions”. Was just in shock in the way she spoke to him so rudely. Anyway, we found the yellow hole 1 and whilst just about to start our turn a bunch of kids ran up put their ball and started playing when we were in line first. Not once did the parents tell their kids to wait their turn and neither did the staff who were clearly watching as well. We committed to hole 3 when again another bunch of kids ran in front to start playing in front of us. At this point the whole area was full and we were very frustrated and wanted to leave. We went to put the puts back when the staff member was there fixing them all which again was fine but we were standing there for 5 minutes and not once did she turn around or asked why we were leaving so soon. So long story short the staff were very rude, not friendly and wasted our money.

Holey Moley is the perfect mix of mini golf, great vibes, and pure fun! The creative, quirky course designs make every hole entertaining, and there’s always something to laugh about. The atmosphere is lively, the staff are friendly, and the drinks add to the experience.

We recently attended a birthday party here .The kids absolutely loved the mini-golf course – it was fun and a great way to keep them engaged. The staff were super attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was also a highlight; delicious and fresh.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday at Holey Moley Sydney, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The venue is vibrant, fun, and perfectly set up to keep kids engaged and entertained throughout. A special shoutout to Jacob, our party host, who was incredibly professional, energetic, and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly — from guiding the kids through the mini golf to keeping the energy high and the schedule on track. His engaging personality made all the difference, and the kids absolutely loved him!

Have to give great compliment to them. Every parents understand how Kids parties are like, expensive and exhausting! Never expected they would provide us a designated party coordinator, the most stress free party ever! The Staff are so friendly, because attitude is the last thing for a exhausted parent want to see at the kids party. Highly recommend for kids party! Will come back again for the next party!
