Hyper Karting

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience really missed the mark. The kart I was given was so slow I didn’t even need to touch the brakes — it felt like it was stuck in beginner mode. This completely took the fun out of what could’ve been a great session. The track layout and music were solid, but none of that mattered with such underwhelming performance. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t help lift the experience either. Most were young and seemed uninterested, offering little enthusiasm or guidance. The girl at the front desk (no name tag) signed us in for the 11:40am session on 21/3, barely made eye contact, spoke more to the screen than to us, and gave zero instructions after payment — we were left to figure everything out ourselves. The process from check-in to racing was unclear and unwelcoming. While the setup is comparable to other electric karting venues, the atmosphere, poor communication, slow karts, and disengaged team really let this place down. To top it off, one staff member — who appeared to be a mechanic — was seen drive past me waiting to go on track returning a kart with his foot up on the steering wheel, joking about electrical problems and how he didn’t know how to reset a circuit breaker. Another stafftold him they hadn’t received any instruction either. It’s a real shame — this place has potential and could be a solid money-maker if a bit more care, energy and professionalism were put in. I hope the owner takes the feedback seriously and lifts the standard, but based on other 1-star reviews, I won’t be surprised if there’s a generic “we try our best” reply. And yes, photos attached — this isn’t a stitch-up.

We visited Hyper Karting for the first time with our 5-year-old daughter who was keen to try go-karting but feeling a little nervous. The staff—Shubh, Nate, and Declan—were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help settle her in, explained everything clearly, made sure she was safe, and helped her feel confident before hitting the junior track. Thanks to their support, she ended up doing four rounds and had the time of her life! She was smiling the whole way through and even asked to come back the next day—so we did! The venue felt fun, safe, and well-organized, especially for young kids trying karting for the first time. Highly recommend Hyper Karting, and a huge thanks again to the awesome staff for making our daughter’s first experience so positive. We'll definitely be back!

SUPER FUN!!!! If you’re in to F1 and have always wanted to drive fast, this is definitely an activity to try at least once. Would recommend 2-3 sessions as it will take some time to adjust and can physically tiring. Max capacity at 20 per race. 10 minute session. Has additional seats that help you reach the pedal. Very clean, great vibe, helpful staff. Also has a kids zone area to try karting. Be wary that it is dangerous and that the bumps can definitely give you whiplash but generally it’s okay. The staff also watch each driver and can force slow people down. Have fun!

Pretty fun time karting while visiting the area. The karts are fast and experience was definitely unique. Better sanitation of the used helmets would be preferred and better head socks to use. Fun track and with some good turns and straights!

Took the kids here and they absolutely loved it—said it was a lot of fun! My eldest is a bit big for the kart, but Nicholas B. from the staff was super helpful and made sure the kids felt comfortable and had a good time. Really appreciate the effort. Great spot for a fun day out with the family.
