I came with a group of 10 and we had two lanes booked. We were already having a great time, but Koko and Jaymie absolutely took the experience to the next level. They were incredibly friendly, fun, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and their positive energy really added to the atmosphere. Everyone in our group commented on how lovely they were. The bowling was great, but their service was the cherry on top. Thanks for making such a fun day even better!!

Had an amazing time here! We played both bowling and laser tag and honestly everything was so much fun.
Even though it was quite busy, the staff were super friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. The drinks were also really good, which made the whole experience even better.
Great atmosphere overall, definitely a place I’d come back to!

Let's start with the only good thing - Staff!
The staff were super helpful and friendly. They certainly tried their best to accommodate us. Service was good and they often came by to check in on us if we needed anything else.
The food was average at best. The pizza was just drowned in cheap cheese and nothing else in the flavor stood out. Side note, I have been to other game venues and the food is definitely more decent than this.
The atmosphere - This is where it all came to the bad rating! The air con I was told, was switched on but every single one of us was sweating! We literally had to use our food and drinks menu to fan ourselves. For a venue where you expect a lot of people to gather and NO ventilation that the air con would be decent, but NOPE. It was hot in there and I was in shorts and a very light tee!
Hopefully they improve and until they do, we won't be back unfortunately.

Not recommended for big group and pay for kid’s party host (do nothing for $3 per kid and food in party packages was very Stingy😤🙄 but Bowling and Arcade games good for value.food in the photo kids just start eating
🍽️ 2 fake chicken nuggets and few fries 🍟 after Served still has a few left in the tray . Can’t even top up for kids . I pay 6$ per person but get about $4 fries size Woolworths bag for 15 kids .
