Strike Bowling Entertainment Quarter

Terrible Experience We were in the middle of a game at this bowling alley when, suddenly, the reception informed us that our session would be cut short, claiming we had taken too long to play. This is ridiculous, as we’ve visited multiple times before and never encountered such a time limit. They alleged it was due to the high number of patrons today and the need to adhere to schedules between games. What’s absolutely shameful is that upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes because the ball return system wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, the staff at the reception was extremely unpleasant. This will be our last visit here, and we absolutely do not recommend this place. There are surely better bowling alleys in Sydney.

We had an excellent experience to celebrate my sons birthday with a group of his friends. More bouji than other bowling alleys, plush velvet couches, nice bar area.. The staff were amazing and worked their butts off all night.. You can wear trainers not rancid bowling shoes .. definitely beats other bowling exereinces around Sydney and actually far more pleasant than expected. Yes food is not what you go for but fine for kids. Would be very happy to return, whereas usually dread going to a bowling alley!

A disgraceful place – never coming back We went to this bowling alley as a group of 7 friends to have a good time. Everything was normal at first — we each ordered a beer — but for no apparent reason, one of the waitresses started treating us with a terrible attitude. We did nothing wrong, yet when we tried to order another round, she refused to serve us, insulted us, and disrespected us, even going so far as to call us “drug addicts”, which is completely false and offensive. Despite the mistreatment, we tried to continue our game, and another waitress served us one more beer. But when the first waitress saw us, she took the beers away, kicked us out of the bowling alley without letting us finish the game, and threw our drinks away in front of us. To make things worse, they didn’t refund us a single cent. A shameful experience, unacceptable behavior, and zero professionalism. I’m never coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My son had his 10th birthday at Strike on Sunday and he had a blast. We opted for the bowling and two games of lasertag. The staff were so attentive even though they was super busy. The laser tag staff member especially was lovely, we had a disabled friend of my sons plus 7 other boys and he showed real compassion and care to all the kids. They made a mistake with our pizzas but they gave us complimentary chips and fixed it up really quickly plus they honestly were so atttentive it didn't bother me....i highly rate this for stress free birthdays.
