Ice Zoo Sydney

It's a nice ice rink, which can be a little crowded but it's nice. There is a party room for kids, which is a great touch too. There are little penguin hires too for beginners or kids. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

We celebrated our 14 year old daughter’s birthday at Ice Zoo. The event was very easy to organise, we had our own area and the pizzas were pretty good! I’d like to give a special mention to our host-Alina. From the moment she greeted us, she ensured our event ran smoothly. Excellent service and a fun party.

its a very small ice rink establishment compared to the ones ive been to (Liverpool) and i came at 12pm on a friday school holidays and it was very crowded and cramped. i felt as though there was barely any space in the front bench area and it was awkward shimmying through everyone bevause of the way the benches are set. Moreover, the shoes I had were very uncomfortable. I got a size 6 black lair of skates and there was a hard plastic ridge on the back-heel area of the shoe which dug in horribly in my foot. when i had to switch to a size 6 there was another hard plastic ridge diging into my foot which i had to shake off the pain occasionally, ive never had that issue at other rinks? on the positive side the staff are VERY friendly and nice. i was served by an asian guy with glasses and a girl with brown ponytail, i was satisified with my experience but probably wouldnt come back unless its a quiet day

Attended over the weekend for a birthday party. Staff were lovely and venue perfect. Booking was for 15 kids, but it was a tight squeeze. The entrance was tight, and the kids had to have their briefing outside as it sprinkled with rain. Bit overall lovely afternoon.

We booked the disco party for my daughter's 11th birthday party on 1st March. It cost us $660. A key component of a disco is the music and sadly, the music system was not working properly and by the looks of the reviews hasn't worked for a few weeks. The music was not audible. The 'manager' on duty was fiddling with the system and it was on and off the whole time but it was just awful when it was on. Mostly static. The manager was completely unfazed when I brought to his attention that we had paid for a disco ice skating party and the music element was missing, telling me it was still ok as the kids could still skate. I was offered a family of 4 admission to another disco session 😂 wonder if it will actually be a disco with music if we ever venture back??? Needless to say as the party host I was extremely embarrassed and Ice Zoo should be embarrassed too. Don't book here, go to Macquarie instead, it's far superior. The only positive from the experience was the party host Jacqueline, she was great and the kids loved her.
