A good kids cafe in Alexandria with what you would expect to see in similar ones. It is quite big and spacious, but can get very busy on weekends with the birthday parties. Don’t forget to wear socks!

This is a good kids' cafe in Alexandria, I visited with my 9 years boy two weeks ago, offering everything you'd expect from a place like this. It's quite big and spacious, though it can get very busy on weekends with birthday parties. Just a friendly reminder: don't forget to wear the special anti-slip socks! I f you forgot, they sell them 4$

After 6 Years, Today Was My Last Visit I’ve been going to this playground for the past 6 years, but today marked my last visit. Unfortunately, the experience has completely changed—both in staff attitude and policy. Today, I was told I had to pay the full day rate for only 3 hours, just because they were closing early at 3 PM instead of the usual 5 PM. When I asked for a fair adjustment or a discount, I was told, “It’s the rule.” Let me be clear: when a rule is unreasonable, it is the responsibility of both employees and management to challenge it. Running a business ethically means adapting policies when circumstances change—like offering prorated pricing when operating hours are reduced. This kind of rigid and dismissive approach is not just poor customer service—it’s unethical. If you're looking for a better alternative, I highly recommend Miniverse. Their staff is far friendlier, their pricing is more flexible, and the overall experience is far superior. The space is cleaner, the food is better, and there’s a much larger variety of games and activities. Sad to leave after so many years, but I know where I’ll be going from now on—and I suggest you do too.

Easy parking and good place to unleash your kids/toddlers so that you can have a break! I ordered a chicken udon at the cafe and surprisingly the food there is pretty good. My 13 month old had a good time playing with the toys there. Staff was always around cleaning everything and putting things back to place which is a good sign. High chairs available. Remember to bring socks or you will have to buy a pair for $4. No shoes inside. Entry for adult comes with $4.5 towards a drink at the cafe. Toilets were also clean which is a good sign.

Great space for kids to play indoors. I am only giving three stars though as I was extremely disappointed with the selection of food they had. It is not inclusive of children with allergies or dietary needs. Some allergy friendly products and vegan or vegetarian options would make this space much more inclusive. I genuinely loved the play space for my daughter and would have loved to have her birthday here but because of the menu options it is simply not an option for us unfortunately! I hope you will take this into consideration when thinking of changing the menu. Thank you.
