If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff doesn't even treat you like a human. We just came inquiring about bookings/memberships and he didn't even try to help. He was genuinely so disrespectful for no reason. Very strange behaviour, not everyone is out to get you :/

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wanted to ask questions regarding the courts and membership however, we were met with the rudest recpetionist who couldnt even be bothered to get up and do his job. It's no wonder this place has low star reviews. It even escalated to name calling and disrespect. I hope the management reviews this incident and takes corrective action. Please consider heading to another PCYC facility to do business with.

No customer service whatsoever at front desk! I went on a Monday evening to enquire about an activity. The man at front desk couldn't bother to get out of his seat to assist me which made it difficult to hear what he was saying. A greeting like a hi or hello would have been nice too!

Never coming to this place again!! Nothing but rudeness and abuse. Let me make this absolutely clear, this is not the place to be rude or aggressive. There’s a place for that and it’s not here or there. I shouldn’t have be treated that way, when I was new at martial arts, such a waste of time when the instructor was being very rude to some of his students who are not capable of training properly. He needs to be patient with those who have limitations and not accuse them of being lazy.
