I came here for my son’s 2nd birthday and dealt with Shelly and she truly went above and beyond for me .
My son had an absolute blast running around playing.
The Chouchoubee room is very spacious and was very clean.
Everything was brought out on time as discussed.
The staff Was very nice when other things were requested. Plenty of different food options to chose from.

We celebrated my daughter’s first birthday in May and still have such lovely memories from that day. The two Maryams were absolutely amazing—they helped with the setup before guests arrived and kept checking in to make sure I was happy with everything. They were so kind and helpful throughout. The food did come out a bit earlier than we had planned, but everything was beautiful and delicious. Thank you for making the day so special!

Very dirty and UNSAFE for kids.
Although it does the job to occupy your kids you most certainly need to keep a close eye as this play centre is very dangerous.
This place is also very CATFISH
Staff started cleaning and packing down play stuff at 4pm which made you feel like you had to leave as they took the stuff my niece was playing with and put it back into its designated place and the place did not close until 5:30pm.
I had to retrieve the items my niece was playing with which seemed to irritate staff however I paid for unlimited and was not going to help keep the place clean when we had 1 hour and 30minutes left of play time 🫤.

⚠️ WARNING: Chou Chou Bébé – Unsafe, Unsanitary, Overpriced, and Breaking Basic Health Standard
I’m writing this as a serious warning to families who care about their children’s safety.Chou Chou Bébé has gone completely downhill. It used to be such a clean, friendly, and family-oriented place — but now it’s dirty, unhygienic, overpriced and run by rude, dismissive staff who clearly don’t care about customers or health regulations.
The supervisor on duty was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. When there was a line of people waiting, she stood around doing nothing. When I asked for a bandage she made me wait ages and when i asked what took so long she said, “I had an order,” as if a customer’s health isn’t important. This goes directly against the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW), which requires businesses to ensure the health and safety of customers and workers at all times.
The entire venue was unsafe and filthy There was water spilled all over the floor, kids slipping and tripping, and no one bothered to clean it even after I reported it. That’s a clear breach of duty of care under the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (NSW), which state that hazards must be identified and managed immediately. Babies and toddlers were crawling near the spill — it’s completely unacceptable.
The bathroom was disgusting— dirty toilets, tissues everywhere, watered-down soap, and a terrible smell. When I told the same worker, she said, “I’ll get to it when it’s not busy.” There were two other staff members doing nothing, yet she was on her phone and rushing to close early. This shows clear neglect of hygiene responsibilities, which violates the Public Health Act 2010 (NSW) that requires businesses serving the public to maintain clean and sanitary facilities
The café area was just as bad dirty tables, an empty fridge, and no cleaning in sight**. I didn’t see a single staff member wipe a surface the whole time I was there. The food was cold, undercooked, and ridiculously overpriced. The kids’ chicken burger was spicy completely unsuitable for children.
To make things worse, they’ve hiked up their prices and treat parents like liars. They now question every parent with a child under one as if everyone’s trying to cheat the system. They charge $5.50 for a “drink voucher” but still make you pay extra when you actually get your drink — this could easily be seen as misleading and deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
This is supposed to be a children’s café, yet it fails on every level — health, safety, hygiene, and honesty. The way it’s being run right now puts children and families at risk and should be reported to NSW Health or SafeWork NSW for inspection.
Chou Chou Bébé has completely lost its standards. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional
Avoid this place at all costs. Until they fix their management, hygiene, and customer service, it’s not just disappointing it’s potentially dangerous and non-compliant with multiple Australian laws

Unfortunately, our experience in this area was quite disappointing and concerning. The surroundings were poorly maintained several parts were dirty, and some areas posed clear safety hazards. Most troubling, my baby had a minor accident while we were there, and there was no appropriate first aid kit available for infants or young children. This lack of basic safety preparation is unacceptable in any public space. For families with young kids, I strongly advise avoiding this area until significant improvements are made.
