Place is dirty. Chips not cooked well. Not safe for the kids. My son got hurt because of broken equipment. I went to staff tell them about if . They did nothing. Very bad experience. Don't visit the place

What a great idea! This place helps keep your children entertained while you can kick back and relax and enjoy a good range of delicious food at reasonable prices. I found the whole place to be very clean and tidy, and staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return with my friends and their kids!

Tbh !!! I must say it was actually great! The staff were great there was this one lady called Renet and she was an amazing worker for our event as we have booked out the whole venue💯🫡 . The food was great and the communication and service was top notch. They were always on top of the things we needed. We had my nieces 1st birthday and the rooms were just right !!! It was great clean and very modern. The play area was very nice and cool! The parking was easy as u just park at level 5 and walk 3mins and your there, Very convenient! The bumping cars were good just wish it could all work! The drinks for the food was a bit still it could be fresh but other than that it was great! You had one room for our things and another for the food and the tables outside. AMAZING LOVED IT I RECOMMEND THIS FOR YOUR LIL ONES AS IT IS SO FUN. It has interactive things and a slide and wat not but yeahhh 9/10 ✅💯😁 (we went on a wkend) was free

We used to come here when it was first opened a couple of years ago. It was our favourite playground as it was immaculately clean. We came for Mother’s Day and it is a shame to see how dirty the place has become! Kids running around with drinks and food while parents watch with absolutely no respect for the rest of kids and parents in the playground. Our socks were black as we left. Staff were super young with no supervision so we had to tell several times to come and clean tables and playing areas. It’s sad to see how a great used-to-be playground has become a dirty, unhygienic place for kids to play.

I recently hosted an after-hours party at this venue, paying for the time from 6 PM to 9 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, one of the staff approached us, informing us that the parking lot would close at 9 PM and that we needed to leave early. We clarified that we had parked in the Anytime Fitness parking garage, which didn’t have a closing time, but she insisted on reminding us multiple times that we had to leave by 9 PM. It felt like they were pushing us out well before our party was even over. As the evening went on, things only got worse. We had a cake cutting planned, but the staff member seemed more focused on getting our decorator to start packing up the decorations before we even had a chance to celebrate. She was eager to "clean up" and get us out, which made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we had a tab set up for drinks and coffees for our guests, but when I went to place a coffee order at 7:30 PM, I was told the coffee machine had been cleaned and was no longer available. We had made it clear in advance that we wanted coffee, and it would’ve been helpful if they had informed us earlier that the machine would be closed before the event was even over. As we began cleaning up ourselves, the staff member, Maryam, began to harass us, telling us to clean faster and leave. She even called security to kick us out, threatening to involve the police even though we still had time left before 9 PM. Her rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly attitude made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. This was by far the worst venue experience I’ve had, and I would never host another event here again. The staff was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome, ruining what should have been a fun and relaxing celebration.
