My daughter had an incredible birthday party, and I want to express my gratitude. The food was a hit with my guests, and the kids enjoyed themselves immensely. The service was outstanding. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future events and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you

Had such a lovely experience at Chou Chou Bebe Adventure! The centre is clean, safe, and beautifully set up for children to have fun and explore. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, making both kids and parents feel comfortable and welcomed. There are so many fun activities and play areas that keep children entertained while also encouraging creativity and social interaction. I especially loved how organised and hygienic everything was. Such a perfect place for family outings, birthday parties, and creating beautiful memories with kids. Highly recommended!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this venue today.
I attended with my three young children, including a newborn baby. My intention was not to play or use the facilities myself, as I was caring for my newborn. The only children who were going to participate were my two older children, both of whom had socks and were ready to play.
Despite this, we were refused entry solely because I, as the parent supervising my children, was not wearing socks. While I understand venues may have policies regarding socks for those using the play area, it seemed unreasonable to deny entry to a parent who was not intending to play and was simply accompanying and supervising their children.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that while we were being turned away, I could clearly see another parent/carer already inside the venue who was not wearing socks, yet they had been allowed entry. This inconsistency made the decision feel unfair and discriminatory.
Consistency, fairness, and common sense in applying policies are important, and unfortunately, that was lacking during our visit.
I hope management reviews both their policies and how they are enforced to ensure families are treated fairly and that other parents do not have a similar experience.

So basically, one thing I don’t understand is the pricing structure here. They charge $16 per hour for my 1-year-old child, and on top of that, I also need to pay $5.50 just for myself to accompany him inside. That makes it $21.50 in total, including “one free drink” which honestly probably costs them only a couple of dollars through bulk supplier orders.
A 1-year-old child obviously cannot play alone without a parent going in with them, so why not just charge a straightforward entry fee instead? It would sound far more ethical and professional rather than separating the charges this way.
The main reason I’m writing this review is because I had a very concerning experience regarding safety. While my son was playing near the soft mat area beside the jumping castle, I noticed he picked up a 50-cent coin from the floor and almost put it into his mouth. Thankfully, I was watching closely and managed to take it away before anything happened.
I was extremely upset because I would expect regular hazard checks to be carried out, especially in a play centre catering to very young children. I understand parents must supervise their children at all times, but ensuring the environment itself is safe is still the responsibility of the business.
What disappointed me even more was the response from the owner (I unfortunately didn’t get her name). When I approached her about the incident, she repeatedly said that it was “normal” because many people come through the venue and that parents should supervise their children. I completely understand supervision is my responsibility, but I cannot be expected to conduct hazard checks for the entire facility as well.
I didn’t feel any genuine concern, accountability, or apology regarding the situation, especially considering my child’s safety was compromised.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

The playground was larger than the one in Auburn, featuring a sizable maze, a slide, and a jumping castle. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, although it was quite crowded. I had to wait approximately ten minutes to find a seat, but overall, it was a delightful and enjoyable experience for the whole family.
