Scram Escape Rooms Parramatta (O'Connell St)

This place was so much fun! Went here with a few of my friends for the first time yesterday and it was such a phenomenal experience, we only did the 'DollHouse' room but it was a great mix between horror and the actual escape room aspect; had us scared shitless the entire time. We had such a great host, Annie, who was just the sweetest and we'll definitely be coming to finish the rest of the rooms!

Scram escape room at Connell street was such great experience and exceeded our expectations. We did the dollhouse, which was both challenging and exhilarating. If you're someone who desires a arduous experience with a hint of eeriness. 💯 Recommend. The staff was beautiful, specifically Annie, she made our visit extra delightful through her affable personality and proactiveness.

Great escape rooms and staff. I don't know how to review an escape room, but the staff was great. We did the Doll House 👶🏽🏚️, the scariest one at this location, which was very well designed and thought through. The only thing that ruined it (which wasn't really a big deal) but made it less immersive and scary was that Westfield Shopping Centre had something going on 🚨—not sure if it was a hostage situation, fire, or bomb threat—but there were alarms for a solid 20 minutes. I really didn't mind. If you're a grown man 🧍‍♂️ it won't be scary, but if you aren't 😨 then too bad—you're gonna crawl up in a corner and the doll master 👹 is gonna eat you, which happened to us unfortunately. Teammate was curled up in a corner 😵, and I couldn't progress without them, so the doll master ate us both ☠️. After we were eaten, Kiara 🦸‍♀️ brought us back to life and showed us the last few puzzles 🧩 we had to complete in order to escape the master. We weren't even far—someone was just a scary cat 🐱 but whatever. Overall, it was great. I recommend the Doll House even if you think it'll be too scary 👻.

We did the Doll House room at Scram Escape Rooms and had so much fun! The puzzles were creative and immersive, and the whole atmosphere was really well done. The staff were absolutely lovely—super friendly and even gave us a little extra time since we were so close to finishing. Really appreciated that! We’ll definitely be coming back to try another room. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time! My friends and I ended up doing the CR-18 and Wizard Chambers rooms, which were challenging but fun and so satisfying once we completed them. The staff, Annie and Crystal, were great too, would deffo recommend this place to any escape room lovers out there :)
