About This Venue

Pinot & Picasso Parramatta turns its two-room studio on Church Street into a private kids’ art lounge where up to sixty young painters follow an artist’s step-by-step guidance to transform 12 × 16-inch canvases into colourful keepsakes. Sessions run for 90 minutes between 9 am and 3 pm, making it easy to slot the party around weekend sport or after-school plans.

Birthday packages start at $49 per child and include all paints, brushes, aprons, easels, glassware and full clean-up. Families can BYO snacks and soft drinks or upgrade to studio-arranged pizza and grazing boards from $25 a head. Artwork themes range from neon animals to beach scenes and suit painters aged six to sixteen, with custom designs available on request. A non-refundable deposit secures the date while the studio team handles set-up so parents can relax and watch the creativity flow.

Had a great time with Simon painting the Midsummer Night. His instructions are chill and he has a great selection of music too! Its incredible how everything came together, and at the end of 2 hours you paint a pretty decent work. The class was affordable too, and the staff members were kind enough to accomodate my requests :) Highly recommend if you wanted something fun to do on a Saturday night with friends, family or loved ones!

Decided to give it a go after hearing great things even though I’ve never been good with a paintbrush. Honestly i even surprised myself with how “well” I thought I did. The instructor was friendly and went through each step clearly and without overloading or overwhelming us with details. It was very easy to follow. Overall it was fun, I expecting more drink laughter in our session but we all ended up really getting into the painting. It was quite therapeutic actually. Would do it again.
