Codered Laser Skirmish

I had a fantastic experience at Codered Laser Skirmish, largely thanks to Justin. His friendly attitude, hardworking nature, and helpfulness made my visit truly enjoyable. Justin often handled everything alone, showcasing remarkable organization skills. While the facilities were decent, it's worth noting that they might benefit from a renovation soon, as some elements appeared a bit aged. Nonetheless, the kids had a blast, and the clean toilets and convenient on-premises parking were definite perks. The only minor downside was the limited food options and slightly overpriced snacks, but this is quite common at such venues. Overall, it was a great time, and I highly recommend Codered Laser Skirmish, especially thanks to Justin's excellent service.

Some of the packages r value for money. Venue is large. The place is a bit unorganised but overall good fun and value for money. Thier online booking system had issues, so had to call to book. Staff friendly and so many kids around. So if u wanna play only with adults, playing at a later time maybe more suitable.

I booked for a party and it recorded the incorrect date and now have been repeatedly calling and messaging with no reply and no response. Now here it says it's temporarily closed?? Very angry, will be making charges of fraud if noone gets hold of me today UPDATE - I and several others I know of have still not been compensated for this business fraudulently accepting full price funds for bookings even after it had been locked out of its premises. If anyone else has had this experience, please let me know.

Great 10yo birthday celebration at the Code Red! Shaun was Super accommodating! We had an incredible fun and felt well looked after. Thank you A+++

I can give 0 star if it was allowed. The most worst experience ever. Not getting where to start with... We had our son's 9th birthday party at code red with 11 kids. First thing, there is no ventilation in this area. The aircon doesn't work at all. It was a sunny and hot day and inside it was like oven. All kids were sweating and feeling hot inside. Even adults who weren't playing were feeling suffocated. Second thing, the service is the worst. No dedicated party coordinator as they mentioned in the party package. I had my 1 year old daughter carrying in my arms all around, while serving pizzas and juice for kids. They won't provide food until 3 rounds of battles are over!!! Kids were hungry after the 1st battle itself. After asking multiple times, they finally served us the adult platters a little earlier. For plates, cups, spoons I had to go and get it from the kitchen. Now about the adult platters.. we ordered veggie platter and hot wedges. Except finger chips in that, everything was over burnt ( check my photos for reference). When we asked about it, they said it is because of the oil 🙄. And in their website they clearly mentioned that hot wedges will be served with sour cream and chilli sauce. But they served only wedges. When we asked about sour cream they gave us ketchup. There's no lift to this area. I had to carry my younger one's pram through stairs. Last thing I want to say is about the manager rudeness. She doesn't know how to speak with the customers. We booked this party 1 month earlier and paid half. Later we realised we may not make it and wanted to buy gift vouchers instead, which we can use it later next year. But the manager was so rude and straight away denied and agreed to give the voucher which should be used only this year. The party was in December and I had to use those vouchers only by December end, which seemed ridiculous. 🙄 I paid $500+ for the party and totally worthless. Our day was runied and my son and his friends said they would never want to come back there.. Don't recommend at all.. save your money for somewhere else.
