Avoid this place in summer at all costs. The heat is unbearable, and the tiny fans scattered around are purely for decoration. No air conditioning, no comfort, just sweat. It’s honestly shocking that a business operating in this climate thinks this is acceptable. Installing proper AC isn’t a luxury... it’s the bare minimum.

We had a kid's birthday party here today and it was absolutely worth it! The party host was accommodating and did her job well.
The cleanliness is what you can expect for a kid's play area, but they kept it well maintained. There are so many options and areas to play. They also have couches for parents to sit on and supervise, which is rare for a place like this.
The food packages allowed me to relax without running around trying to plan party platters.
It was a good time and relatively low stress. We were able to decorate how we wanted to as well!

This was my second time here and I don’t know why I came back. It was filthy the first time. Thought they’d maintain the place frequently. But they don’t. A lot of parents come and take the opportunity to sit back whilst their kids (older) burn some energy. I have a 2 year old so was shadowing him everywhere. This place is absolutely disgusting. The thickness of dust built up on equipment was gross. I’m quite sensitive to dust and my hayfever went crazy.
There was also grime built up in the trampoline area.
We went today when it was a 22deg day. And inside it’s so hot! Fans aren’t working in some parts of the area. And also so much dust built up on them.
There was also a sandwhich in one of the play areas. I asked a staff to clean it. They were responsive but not sure if it got done. Also every staff memeber looked 15 lol. They were kind.
My son did enjoy the trampolines.
Honestly, I’m not sure how this place is hygienic and safe for children. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We had our twin’s 7th birthday party here on the weekend and we were really impressed. The kids had a great time playing for the first part of the party, then had a lot of fun in the party room for food and cake.
Our party host Ben was amazing from start to finish. He was attentive, proactive and helped with everything he could.
We would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a place to host a birthday party that is easy and enjoyable for parents and children.
