Ultimate Family Entertainment Centre

We had a kid's birthday party here today and it was absolutely worth it! The party host was accommodating and did her job well. The cleanliness is what you can expect for a kid's play area, but they kept it well maintained. There are so many options and areas to play. They also have couches for parents to sit on and supervise, which is rare for a place like this. The food packages allowed me to relax without running around trying to plan party platters. It was a good time and relatively low stress. We were able to decorate how we wanted to as well!

The staff were amazing with the kids—friendly, energetic, and super patient. 💕 The activities and all entertainment areas kept the little ones entertained and smiling the whole time, and the party space was clean, colorful, and perfectly set up. My child had an unforgettable birthday, and so did all the guests! 🎈 Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a fun and safe party venue. This was my second time here and I don’t know why I came back. It was filthy the first time. Thought they’d maintain the place frequently. But they don’t. A lot of parents come and take the opportunity to sit back whilst their kids (older) burn some energy. I have a 2 year old so was shadowing him everywhere. This place is absolutely disgusting. The thickness of dust built up on equipment was gross. I’m quite sensitive to dust and my hayfever went crazy. There was also grime built up in the trampoline area. We went today when it was a 22deg day. And inside it’s so hot! Fans aren’t working in some parts of the area. And also so much dust built up on them. There was also a sandwhich in one of the play areas. I asked a staff to clean it. They were responsive but not sure if it got done. Also every staff memeber looked 15 lol. They were kind. My son did enjoy the trampolines. Honestly, I’m not sure how this place is hygienic and safe for children. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We went to this place on a recommendation, not very pleased with the outcome, though. There is a carpark space and plenty of parking spaces. The staff were pretty helpful in the tickets and the food. They have party rooms up the stairs and some in the main area. There are four play areas, one for kids 0-5 and one for kids 5-12 and two trampoline areas and one foam pit. They also have bumper cars, and there are 5 cars, each for $6 per ride, but the rink is pretty small. They also have arcade games, mostly $2 or $3 each. The main problem was the hygiene and cleanness of the place. Most equipment was broken, and there was dust and grime on the fans. The foam pit foams were ripped, and the trampoline linings were falling off. So the hygiene is a big problem, but the rest is alright for younger kids. P.S. I recommend this to people who are stating at the Westmead Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House Also, for the owner, please try and partner with the Ronald McDonald House Charities. There is not one reason why this should have less than 5 stars. Bravo to the person who built this
