We had a great time at Ultimate Family Entertainment Centre. There is so much for kids to do, and they stayed busy for hours. The place is clean, well organised, and the staff are friendly. A great spot for families and we will definitely be back again.The children loved every activity and were entertained the whole visit. The venue is clean, safe, and well maintained.

We had such a lovely time celebrating our 5-year-old’s birthday here! 🎉 We booked the Saturday 3 pm session, and it was nice and relaxed without being too crowded. The private party room was great, the host was very helpful, and the food was fresh and tasty. The cake was super cool, and the chicken nuggets were definitely a favourite! 😋 The kids had a fantastic time, especially with the trampolines and big slides.
Just one important safety concern I hope the centre can look into. It would be great to have a safety gate between the party room and the steps. One of the children with us was only 3 years old, and when her dad went down the steps, she followed him. In a single blink, she got through the automatic doors and outside the centre. Thankfully, a staff member noticed quickly and brought her back safely. 🙏
We completely understand that parents need to keep an eye on their little ones, but with young children, anything can happen in a split second. A gate there would provide an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.
One small tip for guests: finding the centre on Google Maps was a little tricky for some of our guests, so I’d suggest allowing some extra time to find the entrance.
Apart from that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the place! ❤️

We had my son's 8th birthday party there today. Our party host Jet was lovely and very accommodating. He was helpful and attentive to all our needs. The kids enjoyed the nuggets and the adults pizzas and platters were delicious. The play area was interesting and the trampolines "were the best ever" according to my i yr old. Our friends had time to relax and enjoy each other's company. Thank you for a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
