Flip Out Villawood

I took my kids to flipout villawood today and I had a great time there watching them burn all that energy. Their coffee was also surprisingly good (but maybe because I'm an expat living in Dubai, i have a bias that coffee in Australia taste great). The host Mariam was amazing too, very friendly and kind. I recommend this spot.

Disappointing Visit! I recently took my children and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the place was extremely busy, which seemed to overwhelm the staff. Their discomfort was noticeable and impacted the overall atmosphere. Despite the crowd, there were no tissues available in the toilets, which is a basic necessity, especially in a place catering to children. The seating area for parents was also subpar. The sofas were in poor condition, making it uncomfortable for parents to wait while their children played. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic, adding to the overall inconvenience. Overall, my visit was disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, combined with the overcrowded and uncomfortable environment, made for an unpleasant experience. I hope they address these issues soon to provide a better experience for families.

I took my kids to Villawood flip out recently and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! The kids had so much fun and the arena staff were fantastic in ensuring the kids were being safe and following the rules. Considering how packed it was following the storm, the staff maintained positive attitudes despite the pressure. Definitely recommend this place for parents who wish to take their children out on one last fun adventure before the holiday ends!

Had my son’s 5th birthday here last Saturday and all the kids had a blast. The room we were in was cramped but that was my fault for not saying there would be more adults than kids. Gina was the coordinator of the party at the time and was super helpful. She was incredible and attentive to detail, helped set up or asked to help at every opportunity. She was honestly a god send for such a chaotic day. Thank you Gina!

Our host Mariam was great, she accommodated for all our needs and was bubbly, also went above expectation to ensure our party ran smoothly. Thank you team, this was our forth time celebrating a birthday at flipout Villawood always been an easy process from start to end. Disco was loved by all, food was good, kids loved the tattoos and the icecream cakes are always a hit. We had the "Awesome" package.
