Flip Out Villawood

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Flip Out. My daughters came excited for a fun day out but left miserable because of the way we were treated. The policy of forcing families to buy Flip Out–branded socks, even when children already have safe grip socks.I was forst to buy socks for my 3 daughters and cost 5$ each when i already had grip socks is redeculase. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise other parents to think twice before wasting their money here.

The manager, Erica, and her staff showed no professionalism, care, or respect toward customers. The policy of forcing families to buy Flip Out–branded socks, even when children already have safe grip socks, is nothing short of a money grab. When I raised this concern, Erica and her staff were dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Instead of focusing on making the experience enjoyable for kids, they were more interested in enforcing unnecessary charges with bad attitudes. My daughter left upset, and I was shocked at how poorly managed this place is. If this is how Erica and her staff handle families, it’s no surprise people are unhappy. We won’t be returning, and I strongly advise other parents to think twice before wasting their money here.

Disappointing Visit! I recently took my children and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the place was extremely busy, which seemed to overwhelm the staff. Their discomfort was noticeable and impacted the overall atmosphere. Despite the crowd, there were no tissues available in the toilets, which is a basic necessity, especially in a place catering to children. The seating area for parents was also subpar. The sofas were in poor condition, making it uncomfortable for parents to wait while their children played. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic, adding to the overall inconvenience. Overall, my visit was disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, combined with the overcrowded and uncomfortable environment, made for an unpleasant experience. I hope they address these issues soon to provide a better experience for families.

Our host mikayla was awesome. From start to end. Her good communication and checks in to support the event was much appreciated and ensured us we were in good hands. The kids had a good time and as the organiser, I could rely on Mikayla and the staff to be helpful through it all.

We had our daughters 11th birthday party on a Friday night 7-9pm at the after dark session and I highly recommend it. The centre was not too busy, we got a big party room and our host Maria was lovely.
