Flip Out Villawood

Disappointing Visit! I recently took my children and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the place was extremely busy, which seemed to overwhelm the staff. Their discomfort was noticeable and impacted the overall atmosphere. Despite the crowd, there were no tissues available in the toilets, which is a basic necessity, especially in a place catering to children. The seating area for parents was also subpar. The sofas were in poor condition, making it uncomfortable for parents to wait while their children played. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic, adding to the overall inconvenience. Overall, my visit was disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, combined with the overcrowded and uncomfortable environment, made for an unpleasant experience. I hope they address these issues soon to provide a better experience for families.

. I went to Flip Out Villawood today and was very disappointed. The website and Google Maps both clearly stated the price was $14, but when I went to register and buy a ticket, they told me it was $23. I said I would buy it online, but the staff told me they wouldn't accept it if I did. I ended up paying $23, which is unfair and misleading. The pricing information should be accurate and consistent. I'm not happy with the experience. Also, I’m not happy with the customer service — the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. The pricing should be transparent, and the staff should treat customers with more respect. I won’t be coming back

in the last week

I took my kids to flipout villawood today and I had a great time there watching them burn all that energy. Their coffee was also surprisingly good (but maybe because I'm an expat living in Dubai, i have a bias that coffee in Australia taste great). The host Mariam was amazing too, very friendly and kind. I recommend this spot.

Very unhappy with my experience here. I came with my partner and his younger brother not only was it packed but the staff are so rude I had a supervisor who was on the floor follow me around the whole time giving me dirty looks and squeezing her ball whistle in my face I then had to go and buy more socks because the grip socks I had didn’t say “flip out” I asked to speak to the manager and she was worse then the supervisor the manager not only called me a liar but she also told me it is the supervisors job to follow me around and squeeze her ball whistle in my face and give me dirty looks. All the staff here are very unprofessional and rude they dont know how to communicate with their customers. I have never been more disappointed with a trampoline place not only did that all happen when I’m on the floor but when I went to the bathroom I have staff members trying to look in my stall instead of just asking if someone was in there

Tammy was a fabulous party hostess. She made sure it was a fun party for the kids. Highly recommended!
