Ninja Parc South Granville

This place is perfect for kids who love sports. My child fell in love with it after just one visit. It requires you to complete each different exercise and succeed in each project through practice, which is very rewarding. The staff inside will teach you what you don't know. They are very friendly and the boss is extremely patient. Whenever we have time, we bring our child here to play. Every time they have a great time. I highly recommend this place. By the way, the coffee is delicious.

The place is fantastic but what makes it amazing are the staff. Greeted by Natalie who gave above and beyond customer service, she was so kind to me and the kids, got down on their level, was so warm and welcoming- usually in these places are young teens with no social skills so it was refreshing to see Natalie and experience her outstanding customer service and warm soul. I wish I had asked the name of the make because he was so kind, in fact, all the staff were outstanding. Seeing them all engage with kids and going above and beyond, that’s what will make us return!! Highly recommend this facility

We took the kids to Ninja Parc, and they had an absolute blast! There are so many activities to keep them entertained, and the setup is perfect for burning off energy. The staff were amazing—super helpful and always around to assist. It’s a fantastic place for kids to challenge themselves and have fun at the same time. Highly recommend!

We went there to play today. The staff were very responsible and friendly. If you’re planning to hold a birthday party here, the overall experience should be very good. But I would like to share something that happened to us today. While my daughter was playing, a group of older boys from a party suddenly came charging through, yelling loudly under the guidance of a coach. As a six-year-old girl, my daughter didn’t understand that they were doing a group activity. She only saw a group of big boys charging towards her, shouting loudly.She got very frightened, jumped down, and started crying badly. There’s nothing wrong with having group activities during a party, but it would be great if nearby children and parents could be informed in advance. We spoke with the coach at the time, and he was very responsible—he came over to let us know that there would be similar activities again and hoped my daughter wouldn’t get scared. It was very thoughtful. Thank you. Hope other parents can also be mindful of similar situations and remind their children.

Amazing staff! Michael and Raff went above and beyond to cater for my son's birthday. He had an injury from school, and they made sure to include him and cater the activities to have him involved. Such a welcoming place and very supportive to the kids
