We spent 6 hours here today using the Day Pass, and I’m honestly so impressed with the experience. Here’s a quick breakdown of why we’ll definitely be back:
1. Exceptional Cleanliness:
The hygiene level here is top-notch. I noticed the staff constantly cleaning and tidying up throughout our entire 6-hour stay. It’s quite rare to see a kids' cafe where even the bathrooms remain spotless all day, but they really stay on top of it here.
2. Great Variety & Safe Layout:
They have a fantastic range of play areas. Usually, my kids gravitate toward one spot and get bored with the rest, but here they genuinely enjoyed every single corner. The layout is also very well-thought-out—there are no major blind spots, so I could easily keep an eye on them from a distance while they played safely.
3. Tasty Food:
We had the Cheesy Fried Chicken, wedges, nuggets, and Korean hot dogs. It was a busy period so the food took a little while, but it was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait.
4. Lovely Extras for Kids & Parents:
The cotton candy machine was a massive hit—the kids were absolutely thrilled! I also really appreciated the massage chair for parents. (it would be even better if there were some sanitizing wipes provided next to the chair for extra peace of mind.)
5. Great Value for Money:
I was initially surprised that they only offered 1-hour or Day Pass options, but then I realized the Day Pass costs about the same as 2 hours at most other places. It’s excellent value. Even with the $35 parking fee at the shopping centre, it felt like a day well spent.
Tip:
It’s even more affordable if you become a member. We topped up $100 and received $110 in credit, which can be used for both entry and food. It’s a great way to save a bit extra.
Verdict: We’ll 100% be back! (Just to be clear—I have no affiliation with the business; I’m just a very happy mum who was genuinely impressed by the service and the lovely staff.)

I visited Chou Chou Bebe today with my kids, and it was a fantastic experience. I can clearly see they’ve added more games, and the party rooms look beautifully renovated as well. My kids absolutely love this place and had so much fun. The entire space looks very clean and safe. Customer service was great, and the coffee was excellent too. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Very mid. It wasn’t as clean as I expected after seeing the reviews of how clean it is. It’s old and seems rundown. There’s a very dark spot under the big kid playground and it’s so dusty and yucky there. Easily accessible for kids to run around into that dark space. The ball pit is dirty and grimey too. Feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There is also a feature on the wall for the balls to come out from but it is broken and letting our grunting sounds and very hot air.. hazard about to happen.
Also the tv right above the Climbing arch is so obnoxiously loud. I’m tying to
Do no screen time but having a big loud tv right above the baby play area is not a good fit.
Furthermore, the push/car toys for young babies is very grimey, broken and old. Really felt gross there.
The baby change mat in right at the entrance for the toilets so the whole world can see this in live action. Pretty sure there is also a camera pointing directly at this table which was making me feel very ill.
Cleanliness is deff a 3/10.
Would I come again? Never.
There was 1 staff on duty doing the absolute best she could.. from serving, cooking, cleaning and even coming around to check up if we are all good with anything. The 3/10 is mostly because of her.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this kids' café, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The environment was very safe, clean, and hygienic, which gave me great peace of mind as a parent. I could clearly see staff regularly cleaning and making sure everything was well-maintained and safe for all children—something that is often lacking in many cafés nowadays.
The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always present, supervising the play areas and ensuring everyone was safe.
My two kids, aged 3 and 5, absolutely loved the trampoline and ball pit. They had so much fun that they didn’t even want to leave. It was lovely to see them so happy and fully engaged in the activities.
The food was also great, which made the experience even better. I especially appreciated that from where I was sitting, I could easily watch my kids the entire time, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
Overall, I highly recommend this kids' café to any parents looking for a safe, clean, and enjoyable place where their children can have fun.
