The centre is always left disgusting from prior events. Empty drink bottles, food and wrappers on the floor, chairs all over, other sporting equipment left in area where an accident is ready to happen.
Bathrooms need fixing and a proper deep clean.
Hirers shouldnt have to clean up to use the facilities that they have paid for.

The club manager of PCYC auburn lacks basic communication and organisational skills. It is clearly evident in the way her staff apply themselves to their work, in which they are not to blame at all. I’d be stressed and unable to work properly too if I had an incompetent boss
I have, many times overheard the way she speaks to her team. She is bossy, she makes racial comments, she simply doesn’t care.
This is all reflected in the way the staff work, the lack of organisation and uncleanliness throughout the club, and most importantly, the children’s enjoyment in activities the club offers.
Put it this way- there is no enjoyment here.
The organisation needs to put work into further training and discipline in all areas and aspects.
THIS PLACE IS A HAZARD. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. LISTEN OR LEARN THE HARD WAY

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experiences my children have had at your programs.
Our first visit was for a holiday camp, and unfortunately, one of my children was kicked and got into a fight. One of the lady name Antonio said will get back to us but never. On our second visit for a kids’ gymnastics trial, there was no staff member attending or guiding us when we arrived into gymnastic area. Despite these issues, my children wanted to give it another try, so we came back for a third session — but again, the experience was very poor. My daughter enter the gymnastics area on her own but no one even check with her with lesson she is going annd she do not even know what she needs to do. Eventually, she gave up and now refuses to enrol.
I hope you can look into this matter seriously and review your supervision and support for children during sessions. It’s disappointing for parents and discouraging for kids who were initially excited to join.

It is always a pleasure going to Mobile Centre 6 . All the examiners are very friendly and professional. The counter staff is very efficient. No time wasted to issue licenses. Thanks SNSW for having a great team to serve the community. Robbie Sethi

Our family is deeply hurt and disappointed by the way our 7-year-old autistic nephew was treated by a staff member at PCYC Auburn. The behavior displayed toward him was not only disrespectful but clearly discriminatory. Instead of being met with understanding and support, he was subjected to an experience no child—especially one with additional needs—should ever have to go through.
When we brought this matter to the attention of management, genuinely hoping for accountability and a constructive resolution, we were told the staff member involved is only 17 years old, as if that excused the behavior. This response felt dismissive and undermined the seriousness of the situation — if a 17 year old can be held responsible as a staff to teach or supervise a kids gym activity/class, they should also be held accountable for their behaviour.
We expected better from an organization that claims to be inclusive and supportive of all children. This experience has left our family angry, saddened, and lacking trust in the people who are meant to provide a safe and understanding environment for all kids.
We sincerely hope PCYC Auburn takes this as a wake-up call to properly train and supervise their staff, and to uphold the values they claim to represent.
