★Never even thought about leaving a bad review on this gym before today. One of the staff members offended me. I tried to walk into the gym like always and explain that i gave my pass to a friend who was in the gym at the moment(because he forgot his) but the man didn't let me in TWICE. I payed for this gym for years now and even talked to that staff member one on one. The excuse that its his job isn't appropriate here because i feel discriminated. He let others out and in but because i had uniform on me he didn't let me in. This gym is not bad, but this is unacceptable. Wanted to change gyms anyway.

★Our family is deeply hurt and disappointed by the way our 7-year-old autistic nephew was treated by a staff member at PCYC Auburn. The behavior displayed toward him was not only disrespectful but clearly discriminatory. Instead of being met with understanding and support, he was subjected to an experience no child—especially one with additional needs—should ever have to go through. When we brought this matter to the attention of management, genuinely hoping for accountability and a constructive resolution, we were told the staff member involved is only 17 years old, as if that excused the behavior. This response felt dismissive and undermined the seriousness of the situation — if a 17 year old can be held responsible as a staff to teach or supervise a kids gym activity/class, they should also be held accountable for their behaviour. We expected better from an organization that claims to be inclusive and supportive of all children. This experience has left our family angry, saddened, and lacking trust in the people who are meant to provide a safe and understanding environment for all kids. We sincerely hope PCYC Auburn takes this as a wake-up call to properly train and supervise their staff, and to uphold the values they claim to represent.

★★The staff are teens who think they have a lot of authority simply because they think they are actually part of the police forces.Rude and not really understanding. Also why do we need to pay an entry fee to enter to go to the basketball courts for training or children’s basketball training for the Wolves? Aren’t the wolves part of PCYC? Why do we need to pay extra. Also limited parking and the gym is really dirty. The canteen sells limited food.

★I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this place; my son was unable to attend the scheduled activity due to illness. However, I was denied a credit, after I provided a medical certificate as proof, they didn't do anything about it.

★I have been a gym member here for 1 year, and it just keeps getting worse. The whole gym is covered in inches of dust and dirt, if younhave any allergies or respiratory issues, you need to stay away. The gym equipment is very old, but they have what is required, HOWEVER they just don't maintain the equipment and they are constantly broken (pulllies on the cable cross machine have been broken for months) or have missing parts and there are never enough accessories. This must be one of the worst gyms in Sydney. It isn't even the cheapest, so there is no need to train here. There are so many better and cheaper options. This PCYC is a blight on such a good organisation.
