very bad customer service! Specially Tom who works on reception . He was there yesterday Wednesday 20/11/24 at 5 pm. He is not professional and doesn’t care about community or how to build a long term sustainable one! I would love to have a call from management if they care about the place which is supposed to be a community sports center and employees should reflect that as well!

Lovely place but the gymnastics program has a really mean teacher. I had to quit last year because of the gym teacher, their daughter Michelle is great though. So sweet! It also has barely any equipment for the gymnastics. Would not recommend for kids that are frightened of mean teachers, wouldn't actually recommend in general.

It’s frustrating . N number of times I have seen , no matter what time of the day you call, they just don’t pick up. Even after giving a gap of an hour or so still no answer. Rest everything is perfect but you can’t go every time to book or discuss about the matter . Wonder why even they bother having a phone .

Love the North Sydney PCYC. There are a large variety of classes at different times and it has a great atmosphere. It's not upmarket and is kind of old fashioned which makes it feel relaxed.
