The Sydney Chocolate School

Set on Middle Head with sweeping harbour views, The Sydney Chocolate School is Coco Chocolate’s training studio where budding chocolatiers temper couverture on marble just like the French masters. A children’s party here is 90 minutes of pure chocolate magic: guests hand‑temper, mould and decorate bars, star shapes and artwork lollypops, then box everything into goody bags to take home.

The package costs $95 a head for a minimum of six children and welcomes groups as large as fifty. Every child receives a certificate, and parents can add extras such as an outdoor high tea ($40 pp) or balcony hire ($150 per hour) for cake‑cutting against the harbour backdrop. A 50 % deposit secures the date, and the school can provide organic milk, dark or white chocolate on request, making this a decadent and memorable hands‑on celebration for children aged five and over.
