Timezone Central Park

I am of the opinion that this Timezone is one of the best Timezone in the metropolitan Sydney area. I highly recommend patronising this venue. Although smaller than some of the other Timezones, this location is worth a visit. It is located 2 floors above street level and can be accessed via lifts or escalators. Key highlights for me: - One of the most visually attractive prizes redemption areas with a wide variety of tasteful items available for redemption. The redemption items truly caters to a wide range of ages and are of quality. - The venue is always clean, well organised & all the machines work. - The venue also has some games that other close by venues didnt have. Biggest shout out goes to Lachlan for his amazing top-notch customer service. Always with a big welcoming smile & friendly demeanour. Amongst many other Timezones, Lachlan is truly a gem with genuine interest in pop culture and is always a joy seeing him. Another shout out also goes to Nick for his friendly demeanour.

Great time zone! me and my sister first time came here today and the guy staff was very awesome and friendly, guiding us on how to play these machines. Overall, i had a great experience and reduced my stress a lot. This place def recommended!

Our first time here and got very disappointed already. The environment and games looked pretty good so we wanted to get a card to start. But we waited for almost 30 minutes, hoping someone would show up, but there was absolutely no one at the counter or anywhere in sight to help, nor a sign or number we could call for assist. This was incredibly frustrating, especially as a first-time visitor unfamiliar with your setup. Apart from us, another group of family also showed up being excited to play but left even before us being disappointed. It would be so much easier if at least one staff could be there or at least a sign put up for customers to know when to come.

While on holiday from NZ, I stumbled across this branch, I wanted to know if I could transfer my tickets from NZ to here so I could redeem for a lounge fly bag as the range here was much more appealing. The Manager Lachlan (customer service is AAA++++)went above and beyond over the course of 3 days to find out if this was possible, with no communication back from NZ (after emails and calls made) OMG, great timezone! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy venue. Nothing is an issue! Daughter enjoyed the games that we don't yet have in NZ. And the giant skill tester is GIANT!. Extra bonus was double dollars time. Definitely will be coming here again on our next trip to Sydney.

Excellent venue to have fun at Central Park time zone. I have been served by Mr Lachlan, who is exceptionally friendly and passionate about his job. I have never encountered such a great man with awesome tip-top customer service who brings joy to my family. Thank you Mr Lachlan for making our day!
