Timezone Haymarket

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Timezone Haymarket! The venue is vibrant, clean, and full of fun activities for all ages. But what really made our visit stand out was the incredible service we received from Lilian. Lilian was incredibly helpful, positive, and professional. We encountered a small issue during our visit, and she went above and beyond to address it promptly and personally. Her friendly attitude and genuine care turned our experience into something truly memorable. Thanks to Lilian, we left with big smiles and lots of great memories. Highly recommend this Timezone location—ask for Lilian if you need a hand! She’s a star 🌟.

We stumbled upon this timezone after a random day in haymarket and what a great spot this is. Fairly big in size with plenty of attractions for all ages. Whist it was fairly busy there were no waits for anything. All the staff were lovely especially Jili and Jake! Great customer service and energy!! Thank you

Had a great experience here with the kids, they loved it. Have been back many, many times. Recently had an issue with my card and Connor the on duty manager fixed it up quickly and got us back on the games asap. The range of games here is first class! Highly recommend this as a must go destination for fun, not just for kids but adults too!

I had the absolute best experience at Timezone recently, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lilian! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. Her energy was contagious, and she really went above and beyond to make sure my visit was memorable. She took the time to explain how the games worked and even helped me pick out the best ones to play, which made everything so much more enjoyable. Lilian's customer service was top notch she was friendly, approachable, and truly made me feel welcome. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it's clear that Lilian is one of those people. The atmosphere at Timezone is already amazing, but her positive attitude and exceptional service really took it to the next level. If you're looking for a fun time with great vibes and fantastic customer service, I highly recommend visiting Timezone. And if you're lucky enough to be helped by Lilian, you're in for an even better experience!
