I just wanted to share some feedback from our recent visit. We came by around lunchtime, and although it wasn’t busy—just myself, another mum, and two kids—the play area was quite messy, with toys scattered everywhere and not very clean. I waited for nearly two hours, hoping a staff member might tidy up or freshen the space, but unfortunately, nothing happened during that time. It was a bit disappointing
