Anna was very nice, accommodating and attentive. She got the tz card ready prior to the kids arriving. She made it really easy for us. She was always available for the kids. Arianna and her guests had a blast. We really appreciated the table decorations as we forgot our happy birthday sign and the decors provided made a difference.

Amazing 7th birthday party for our 7yo at Timezone Chatswood. Ashley was the star hostess who was a friendly from the start. She had the power cards ready and loaded for the kids to get straight to the games! She organized to have the food (chicken nuggets and pop top juices) on the table before the timed play expired. She cut the ice cream cakes and ensured there was plenty for everyone including the parents!!! She took such good care of our party including checking on allergies and ensuring everything was to the kids liking. My son said this was his favorite birthday party ever - thank you ASHLEY for being the best hostess!!!!

Hello, this store smelt like urine and body odour. The smell was pungent and really bad in the toy and lolly section so much so the smell penetrated through the stuffed toys and lollies. As soon as you enter the store, the smell hits you. The smell of urine was so strong and disgusting and it's definitely a health violation. I told the girl working there and she said she knows but did nothing. I called centre management and they are reporting it but not doing anything about it. They have a cafe and food eating area but are using it as a storage area in the middle of timezone. They are not making food, coffee or drinks at all. Just using it as a storage place - in the middle of the store! These boxes are stacked so high that they're taller than me. I've got photos. It's dangerous having heavy boxes stacked higher than an adult that can topple onto a child. The boxes are everywhere, stacked high on tables high on the floor they could definitely injure a 3 year old. I've got photos too but it won't allow me to attach so I'd like an email I can send these pictures to. There was 2 worker a man and a girl. The man was very lazy he sat there on his phone scrolling while the girl did everything. I went to the guy to ask him to put points on my son's card and he says nothing looks at us, looks at the girl staff member and she rushes over to do the points. He literally does nothing except scrolling on his phone.. But I'm sure you have security cameras in the store so you will see it, especially at the till

Absolutely love coming to this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ensuring you have a great experience. The game selection is fantastic, with something for everyone. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it the perfect spot for both kids and adults. The place is well-maintained and clean, which is always a plus. Highly recommend for a fun day out or a casual hangout with friends!

Lorin is doing such an amazing job as the host for my girl's birthday! She is sweet and full of smiles, always offering help whenever needed. The party went exceptionally well under her monitor and I wanted to credit her for that. Even my husband noticed she kept my girl and her friends under control - it made the birthday party so much more at ease. I don't know if you can choose the host for the party. However, if you are lucky like us, rest assure that the party definitely will runs smoothly. Thank you, Lorin! ❤️🥳
