Strike Bowling Chatswood

We went there in a group to play darts. Overall it was great. Just had a bit of issue with the darts, they didn’t work properly. But staff was great and acted fast to solve the problem 👍

My son had his bowling + laser tag birthday party with his friends at Strike Chatswood. Food was great and everyone enjoyed the party. Also our party organiser, Lucia, was amazing! Thanks.

Kurt went above and beyond for me today. I went to laser tag the night before and lost one of my earrings that is very valuable to me. I came in today and went to the front desk to ask if I could go in to the laser tag room in between sessions to search for it and the girl was quite rude and uncaring and refused to let me go in. I then walked around the arcade searching just in case, Kurt spotted me looking and immediately came over to see if he could help with anything. He then kindly volunteered to go into the room and search for it. He spent a good 10 minutes searching the whole maze and retrieved my earring for me.

My son had his laser tag birthday party here with his friends and they had a wonderful time. We opted for the catered food package which included 3 large pizzas, chips, drinks and an ice cream birthday cake. It was a hit for the kids. The party organiser was great with the kids and have everything well organised.

We did one of the escape rooms and it was expensive $200. When we got to the second room, the final cupboard was already open and the clues were not set out. It completely ruined the experience. When we showed staff they said, sorry that should not have happened, it was not set up properly! A comforting response. Overall, the rooms were old and need of an upgrade, with significant wear and tear and its really expensive for an hours entertainment. I am sure that there are better options elsewhere.
