My Gym Children's Fitness Centre

We really love the establishment My Gym in Chatswood. My daughter attended when they first opened in Chatswood years ago and now my 3 year old son goes to his gym classes every week. The classes are tailored to the skill sets of different age groups and all the staff are welcoming, inclusive and fun. My son took a long time warming up to the new environment but the coaches were all understanding and gave him the time he needed while encouraging him along the way. Aside from the group classes, we are also invited to join seasonal events. The recent Halloween trick or treating event was very fun and exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended My Gym in Chatswood.

Why is My Gym Chatswood the place for my darling Amber. There are a number of reasons but mainly because I believe in what My Gym Chatswood does and the difference they can make in the lives of so many kids. The infrastructure, opportunities, security and support that is in place at My Kids Gym Chatswod and their programs are extensive and continually being developed. The staff are friendly, proactive and they treat each kid as a family member and not a number. The staff are passionate and always looking at how to improve, challenge and inspire people. My Gym Chatswood are constantly working to attract the best people to compliment kids programs. I also have met some really nice parents at My Kids Gym which has enriched my life and the life of my little Amber.

I have been join my children gym chatswood for 5 months. I really like the environment because the place is very clean, the coach is very friendly, professional and also energetic ( it helps my son to enthusiastically follow the lesson and every step of the process). And i can see after my son join the gym, he has improved a lot. Like for example, he start to pay attention and listen to other people, he also improved in his motoric skill. Especially he can walk across the high beam by himself. And i also can see my son improved a lot in his speaking skill.. he start to talk and play with friends. Im also very happy not just my gym is beneficial for my son, it also help me to meet nice parents. We can share how our kids has improved a lot since joining the gym.

Highly recommend this place. The class content changes each week and kids will never get bored. The coaches there are professional, patient and really friendly. I can see my kid enjoys a lot and becomes more and more independent and confident. Ps, they also hold good art classes for little artists.

Highly recommend place for children. The coach are very friendly, very patient and the place is also very clean. Every week they also always change activities, so the children will learn different thing every week. Since my daughter join the gym... i can see a lot of improvement. My daughter become more motivated to make friends, And also she can play and learn to share with other kids, she also learn to be independent, and also she become more confident. And i also can see that my daughter talk more after join the gym and she learn to listen and pay more attention especially when the coach doing the red circle ( when the coach ask the children to introduce themself and doing some gym and dance) and as a parent i also can have a change to meet nice people and become friends with other parents. Thank you for my gym its really fun and really helpful to join the class.
