Came on a rainy Thursday afternoon, parking was plentiful, facilities were acceptably clean, staff were fantastic (Sophie at the desk was gracious, welcoming and super pleasant to speak with). It wasn't busy at all and we almost had the place to ourselves. My daughter enjoyed herself immensely, there was plentiful areas for play and exploration for my 16 month old that were safe, encouraged mobility and movement and space for me to supervise closely. The entry pricing was, in my opinion, fairly priced considering there is no time limit vs other play centers that charge by the hour. We had a great time and would consider returning.

We booked a party here for my nephew's birthday. The kids had an amazing time and the play area is definitely the highlight of the venue.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the service and food. Everything felt very rushed. While the kids were still happily playing, we were told quite abruptly that if we didn't gather everyone immediately, we wouldn't be able to cut the birthday cake because our booking time was almost up. We were already in the process of getting the kids together, so the way it was handled came across as quite rude.
There were also a couple of mistakes with the food. We were served orange instead of watermelon, and the kids received spring rolls instead of chicken nuggets.
The biggest disappointment, though, was the quality of pizza. The quality was really poor. Honestly, we've had better frozen pizzas from the supermarket.
Overall, it's a great place for kids to have fun, but the customer service and food quality definitely need improvement to match the experience.

We had such a fantastic time at Monkey Mania Prestons! The kids had an absolute ball and didn't want to leave. The play equipment was clean, safe, and had plenty to keep them entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the café had a good selection of food and drinks. It was a great place to relax while the kids played. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun day out with the family! 🐵🎉

1️⃣ Formal Complaint Version (with Date & Time)
Subject: Formal Safety Complaint – Big Slide Hazard (Monkey Mania Prestons)
I am writing to formally raise a serious safety concern regarding the big slide at Monkey Mania Prestons.
This slide was reported to staff several months ago due to damaged and unrepaired parts that pose a safety risk to children. Despite this, the hazard has not been rectified.
My child was injured on this same slide months ago and was injured again today, [DATE], at approximately [TIME].
When I reported today’s incident to staff, I was advised to submit this concern via email, as similar incidents have been occurring frequently. I was also informed that staff are aware of the issue but are unable to take further action.
I am deeply concerned that a known and previously reported hazard has not been addressed, resulting in repeated injuries. This presents an unacceptable risk to children’s safety.
I request urgent action to either repair or remove the equipment immediately and ask for written confirmation of:
• The steps being taken to address this issue, and
• The timeframe for resolution.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Kind regards,
