Turbo Climb

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The place itself is fantastic for kids—they always have so much fun, and there’s plenty for them to do! However, the customer service is disappointing. On multiple visits, I’ve had staff at reception look right at me and then walk away. Anytime I’ve tried to get food or ask a question, it’s taken 5–10 minutes just to be acknowledged, let alone helped. This has happened consistently, which is frustrating. Please work on improving your customer service—it would make the experience so much better!

The only reason i didn’t give it 5 star is because they won’t put your cake into the fridge. My sponge cake was falling apart when it was been cut yesterday as it was hot inside the place. Everything else was great can’t fault the place the kids have a lot of fun

I found your play centre un safe I witnessed a group of three and four year olds stacking the blocks pictured below 3 or 4 high like a pyramid and climbing them they had a safety harness on but it was not attached to anything. When a staff member saw them she did ask them to get down .she told me she finds them scattered all around the play centre .they had been in there for over a month they were for a new climbing attraction that was being built.when I gave my opinion to the manager she did not agree with me and told me that the safety policy that is in place is a good safe policy and to have a average day . Rude management who can not handle people challenging her safety policy and all in all a unsafe place.watch your kids their the management doesn't seem to care about them .

My partner and I had such an amazing time at Turbo Climb. With enough tough walls to give us a challenge and others that were simpler and let us have a heap of fun together. With the very best conducting our safety training at the beginning of our day, Jayden was an absolute gentleman going through any questions I had, and was patient with the younger kids in the session, aking sure to be punctual and kind. I rate his services a 10/10 and the turboclimb venue a 10/10 Definitely coming here on the regular!

Poor management, very unprofessional, **Amy** the manager was rude and unprofessional. She doesn't have basic manners. She shouldn't be working with kids. I will not bring my kids to this place ever. She should be sacked or given proper training to deal with customers.
