Turbo Climb

Terrible experience. 5yr old son kicked out for touching a wall yet I was there supervising. Not once were we told the rules that you can be kicked out for. This particular teenage female staff member was also very rude and just turned the whole experience upside down. Get better staff

My partner and I had such an amazing time at Turbo Climb. With enough tough walls to give us a challenge and others that were simpler and let us have a heap of fun together. With the very best conducting our safety training at the beginning of our day, Jayden was an absolute gentleman going through any questions I had, and was patient with the younger kids in the session, aking sure to be punctual and kind. I rate his services a 10/10 and the turboclimb venue a 10/10 Definitely coming here on the regular!

Kicked out of a bday party because I took one step from the bottom to show my daughter where to put her foot. My 6 year old was then unsupervised for the remainder of the party. Disgusted. There has to be some level of compassion towards a well behaved group of 6 year old girls and their parents trying to do the right thing. You obviously have a lot of WHS claims and complaints, that this level of care was not tolerated.

I found your play centre un safe I witnessed a group of three and four year olds stacking the blocks pictured below 3 or 4 high like a pyramid and climbing them they had a safety harness on but it was not attached to anything. When a staff member saw them she did ask them to get down .she told me she finds them scattered all around the play centre .they had been in there for over a month they were for a new climbing attraction that was being built.when I gave my opinion to the manager she did not agree with me and told me that the safety policy that is in place is a good safe policy and to have a average day . Rude management who can not handle people challenging her safety policy and all in all a unsafe place.watch your kids their the management doesn't seem to care about them .
