Tik Tocs Party & Play Centre

I do not recommend coming here! I wish I could have clicked no stars. It’s absolutely the most disgusting and dangerous place for kids. I came on a weekday morning because I knew it would be quiet. $35 for 1 adult and 2 toddlers which is a standard price for play centres except this one needs to be replaced with new equipment. It’s extremely run down, holes in all the netting, pool noodles instead of proper padding are everywhere with zip ties sticking out. Carpets are filthy and stained. Some parts don’t even have padding or carpet on the floor just a concrete floor so that’s definitely a safely issue if a child falls. Everything is dusty and dirty. The place is falling apart and they’re holding it together with sticky tape. I like to visit all the local play centres and came to this one based on the recent reviews. I have no idea where the high ratings came from based on what I saw. Clearly the owners do not care about hygiene and cleanliness.

I had my kids Farewell Party there today with 18 of their friends which included a Disco and Laser Tag. We had an absolute blast. The service was amazing, the catering was on point and the staff are lovely. Very accommodating and had a great laugh with the owners. Also, the Price was the best in the area. You get a bang for your buck here. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back.

We recently had an enjoyable experience at this play centre. From the moment we arrived, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The play areas are thoughtfully designed, featuring a diverse range of activities that kept our kids entertained for hours. The equipment is safe and well-maintained. Our children LOVED all the slides, teacup ride, and arcade games. There’s something for every age group. We were also surprised by the cafe, which offered generous portions and delicious food. Definitely a step above what we’ve experienced at other play centres. This place ticks all the boxes, and the kids are already eager to return!

We bring my grandson here occasionally during the week. He loved to be active, run and play and loves jumping. He also loved the teacup ride. Loves to climb and play in the ball pit. Although the last time we went there the ball pit didn’t have enough balls so I guess that’s the only constructive criticism I have about it. The staff are really nice and have excellent customer service. I do recommend going during the week as the weekend is a lot more busy

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Tik Toc Playland for hosting my son's birthday party. The service we received was beyond wonderful; your staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to assist us throughout the entire event. The food was absolutely fantastic, and it brought joy to both the kids and the adults alike. I truly appreciate everything that was done on the day to make the day special for us. Thank you once again! I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.
