A few years ago I wanted to join the boxing class and the instructor dim but was a bit rude with me so I thought no just back off and join the future. last week I spoke to a gentleman called John and he ended up being really really rude with me. I wanted to ask some questions about joining up with the boxing and he was so rude that I fought well I don’t want to do a class with him. It seems like the Pcyc have difficulties employing people with customer service skills in the boxing department. . Rudeness is not appreciated and it will not increase the numbers to classes and allow the Pcyc to prosper. Please train your employees well with a bit of basic human skills and manners thank you very much.

I've been going to PCYC Liverpool for my son for over a year now and I am very happy with all the programs such as art soccer boxing and the school holidays programs. The centre is safe, staff are friendly and encouraging and my son always has a great time.
