Nepean Aquatic Centre

Attended a child’s birthday here, which was great. I have never been to a kids aquatic centre pool party before but can now highly recommend it. The room for the party was a little small, somewhat odd shaped. The staff were good, however, please calm down with the whistle when calling the kids out of the pool for cake. All in all as surprisingly good experience and something different.

The swim centre offers a great experience overall. The facilities are clean, the pool is well-maintained, and the instructors are friendly and professional. It’s a great place for both beginners and experienced swimmers. However, the reception could really use some improvement. The staff at the front desk were unwelcoming and not very helpful, which created a poor first impression. A little more courtesy and better customer service would make a big difference. Still, once you’re past the reception, everything else is quite good.

We’ve been so happy with our experience at Nepean Aquatic Centre where our toddler is learning to swim. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and make the classes fun while still focusing on building water confidence and safety skills. It’s been amazing to watch him grow more comfortable in the water each week. The facilities are clean and family-friendly, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and professional environment for their child to learn to swim.

Review is for the facilities and aqua classes- facilities are lovely, particularly love the wall showers to rinse off after class. Dave and Rhiannon’s classes are great and you really feel you’ve had a work out after them.

Great place for kids swimming lessons. Miss Tanya is an amazing teacher who provides feedback to the parents as well as the students. Nepean Aquatic centre is clean and offers Aqua aerobics and free swimming times as well. There are three pool areas, a shallow pool, a deep water pool and a 25metre kap pool.
