I’ve had such a great experience here! The teachers are all amazing - especially Emily S, she’s so good at explaining things and demonstrating everything clearly. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and loves her students.
The reception staff are always super friendly and accommodating too. Honestly just a great vibe all around, couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been attending the Thursday 6:45 pm Aqua Fit class at Nepean Aquatic for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best workouts I’ve done. The instructor is always upbeat and welcoming — he greets everyone as they arrive, remembers names, and creates such a positive vibe from the very start.
The music is fantastic and the routines are perfectly balanced between fun and challenging. I always leave feeling refreshed and accomplished (and a little sore in the best way!). You can tell he puts real effort into planning each session, and his energy keeps the whole pool moving.
If you’re looking for a class that’s social, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable, I can’t recommend the Thursday Aqua Fit enough. It’s the perfect mix of fitness and fun — you’ll definitely want to come back week after week.

A pleasant experience always. Educators give their one on one attention even in group lessons. Admin staff is helpful and attentive. This centre is not money oriented and provides unlimited makeup lessons for excused absences.

Attended a child’s birthday here, which was great. I have never been to a kids aquatic centre pool party before but can now highly recommend it. The room for the party was a little small, somewhat odd shaped. The staff were good, however, please calm down with the whistle when calling the kids out of the pool for cake. All in all as surprisingly good experience and something different.

My nearly 3-year-old started lessons here in late September. On one of his first classes, he was left unattended on the step while the instructor was at the other end of the pool. He fell in and was floating face-down when I had to jump in and pull him out. There was no lifeguard or supervisor, and I was told they only provide one “when staffing allows.”
Over the two months we stayed, there was no consistency with instructors, constant make-up students added into classes, and teachers who didn’t know the kids’ abilities. My son went from loving swimming to clinging to me and refusing to get in. He gained no new skills and has become fearful which is the exact opposite of what we paid for. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience and a waste of money.
